Equine Assisted Learning (EFL) is not about horsemanship or learning to ride. In the EFL process, the horse becomes a partner in helping to bring about growth and change. Certified instructors and the horses help participants gain insight into patterns, behaviors, and feelings that may keep them from reaching their potential.

Individuals of all ages can achieve success without being rescued from their mistakes. The mistakes become part of the process and allow the students to self-discover how to gain positive outcomes.
